*DepEd Memorandum No. 097, s. 2025 and No. 044, s. 2026*

DepEd released the FY 2025 NASH results in two memoranda: Batch 1 in October 2025 and Batch 2 in July 2026. This page brings together what both say, from how many took the assessment and how they were scored to how to get your Certificate of Rating, and names all 2,869 Regional Top Performers.

- Takers who completed Batch 1 or 2: **35,156**
- Met the standards in three or four domains: **13,179**
- Regional Top Performers named: **2,869**
- The score each competency level is set by: **65**

Each memorandum lists only the Regional Top Performers. The master list of every taker in a region goes to that regional office through BHROD’s Human Resource Development Division, and each regional office decides whether to issue it in a memorandum, subject to data privacy laws. We transcribed the names, schools divisions, and examinee codes from the memoranda’s scanned enclosures and kept the codes exactly as DepEd printed them. The memoranda are the official record. If you spot a mistake in a name, [tell us](https://nash.com.ph/contact).

**Takers by competency level and batch**

| Competency level | FY 2025 Batch 1 | FY 2025 Batch 2 |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Meeting PPSSH standards in four domains | 2,899 (25.6%) | 6,180 (25.91%) |

## Results by region

DepEd’s memoranda report results for the whole country only. Eight regional offices also published counts for their own region, and the NASH Reviewer blog analyzes each one: how its takers did at each competency level, how the region compares with the rest of the country, and how its schools divisions compare.

The regional counts describe who took the assessment in each region; they are not a ranking of regions. For the national results and what a score of 65 means, read [NASH Results 2025 Explained: Pass Rate and the Score of 65](https://nash.com.ph/blog/nash-results-2025-explained) on the blog.

## What each competency level means

The overall score and the domain scores set your competency level. It decides whether you are a prospective candidate for School Principal I and which development you need first.

### Meeting PPSSH standards in four domains

- **Criteria**: A score of 65 or higher in the overall rating and in the specific ratings of at least four domains.
- **What it means**: Prospective candidate for an entry-level School Principal position, subject to assessment and evaluation against the prescribed qualification standards and DepEd hiring guidelines.

### Meeting PPSSH standards in three domains

- **Criteria**: A score of 65 or higher in the overall rating and in the specific ratings of at least three domains.
- **What it means**: Prospective candidate for an entry-level School Principal position on the same terms, but must take part in a Targeted Development Program (TDP) on at least one area for improvement within three months of appointment.

### With Developmental Areas

- **Criteria**: A score of 65 or higher in the overall rating but above 65 in the specific ratings of fewer than three domains, or a score below 65 in the overall rating.
- **What it means**: Must complete Professional Development Interventions (PDI) facilitated by NEAP on the PPSSH domains identified for development, and a Work Application Plan (WAP) certified by the Schools Division Superintendent, before being considered for an entry-level School Principal I position.

## How the scores were computed

DepEd scored both batches with the Ordinal Partial Credit Model, a multi-level approach. The overall score and the domain scores together set your competency level.

1. **Item level**: Each response is scored from 0 to 3, where 0 is incorrect and 3 is most correct, so partial understanding and better answers both earn credit.
2. **Indicator level**: The scores for each indicator are totaled, standardized as z-scores so they can be compared, and converted to a scale of 1 to 100.
3. **Domain level**: Each domain score is a weighted average of the z-scores of its indicators, each weighted 100 divided by the number of indicators, then converted to a scale of 1 to 100.
4. **Overall score**: The NASH overall score is a weighted average of the z-scores of all domains, normalized to a scale of 1 to 100.

A score of 65 on this 1 to 100 scale is the line for each competency level. The five domains are those of the Philippine Professional Standards for School Heads; the [PPSSH guide](https://nash.com.ph/ppssh) lists them, and the [NASH guide](https://nash.com.ph/nash) explains what the assessment covers.

## How to get your Certificate of Rating

Your own result is on your certificate in the DepEd Learning Management System. Each memorandum gives its own steps.

### FY 2025 Batch 1: ICR

1. Sign in to the DepEd LMS with the account you registered with during the assessment, and open your Individual Certificate of Rating (ICR).
2. Change your User Role to NASH Taker.
3. Select your correct Schools Division Office from the dropdown list.
4. Enter your NASH Examinee Number: the examinee code your region gave you.
5. Check your official DepEd email for your Individual Development Report (IDR). It summarizes your strengths, areas for improvement, and recommended developmental interventions.

### FY 2025 Batch 2: ICOR

1. Sign in to the DepEd LMS with the same account you registered during the assessment, and open your Individual Certificate of Rating (ICOR).
2. Go to your profile and choose your position title from the dropdown, so the ICOR shows the right position.
3. Leave the other profile details as they are: they come from official regional data and cannot be edited.
4. If anything else needs correcting, fill in DepEd’s online form at tinyurl.com/NASHB2-concerns.

## What happens after the results

Prospective candidates and those With Developmental Areas each have work to do, and their Schools Division Office follows it.

### FY 2025 Batch 1

- **Head Teachers and Assistant School Principals**: Under item 34.c of DepEd Order No. 24, s. 2025, incumbent Head Teachers and Assistant School Principals are on-stream candidates for the School Administration career line during the three-year transition. Those whose competency level was With Developmental Areas could opt to take the FY 2025 NASH Batch 2.
- **Meeting the standards in three domains**: Prospective candidates take online courses on an eLearning platform from the Central Office. After the course, each submits outputs that address their area for improvement, such as action plans, school improvement initiatives, or instructional leadership activities. The Schools Division Superintendent reviews and evaluates them and gives feedback.
- **With Developmental Areas**: The National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP), through its Professional Development Division, issues the guidelines for the Professional Development Interventions separately. The memorandum allows NEAP or an authorized external service provider to facilitate them.
- **Monitoring in your division**: The Human Resource Development unit of the School Governance and Operations Division in each Schools Division Office monitors the progress of prospective candidates.

### FY 2025 Batch 2

- **Targeted Development Program and Professional Development Interventions**: NEAP issues the guidelines for the Targeted Development Program (for those meeting the standards in three domains) and the Professional Development Interventions (for those With Developmental Areas) separately. They cover scope, modality, duration, monitoring, and timelines.
- **Monitoring in your division**: The Human Resource Development unit of the School Governance and Operations Division in each Schools Division Office monitors participation, completion, and progress in the TDP and PDI, and gives technical assistance and documentation support.

## Common questions

Short answers drawn from the issuances. Your division office has the final word on your case.

### Is this the list of NASH passers?

No. DepEd’s results memoranda name only the Regional Top Performers: 2,869 people across both batches, while 13,179 takers met the PPSSH standards in three or four domains. The full list for each region goes to its regional office, which decides whether to publish it.

### My name is not on the list. Does that mean I failed?

No. Being left off the Regional Top Performers says nothing about your competency level. Your own result is on your Individual Certificate of Rating in the DepEd LMS; your Schools Division Office can help if you cannot open it.

### What score do you need to pass the NASH?

The memoranda use 65 on a scale of 1 to 100. A score of 65 or higher overall and in at least four domains meets the PPSSH standards in four domains; in at least three domains, it meets them in three. Both make you a prospective candidate for School Principal I. Otherwise, your level is With Developmental Areas.

### How do I get my Certificate of Rating?

Sign in to the DepEd LMS with the account you registered during the assessment. Batch 1 takers update their user role, Schools Division Office, and NASH Examinee Number for an accurate ICR. Batch 2 takers choose their position title in their profile for an accurate ICOR.

### What happens if my result is With Developmental Areas?

You complete Professional Development Interventions facilitated by NEAP on the domains identified for development, plus a Work Application Plan certified by your Schools Division Superintendent. Then you can be considered as a prospective candidate for School Principal I.

### Can I search for my name?

Yes. Search by surname, full name, or examinee code at the top of this page, or open the full list for your batch and find your region.

### Where do these names come from?
