# Refund Policy

This is the Markdown copy of [Refund Policy](https://nash.com.ph/refund), published by NASH Reviewer, an independent practice platform not affiliated with DepEd, BHROD, or NEAP.

Understand when premium access can be refunded, how to request a refund, and what happens when an account is closed.

*Effective & last updated: October 13, 2026*

## About This Policy

This policy applies to premium access (sometimes called PRO) and other digital access sold by Edventure Web Development Services, doing business as “NASH Assessment” and “NASH Reviewer” (Edventure), for its platform. It forms part of the [Terms of Service](https://nash.com.ph/terms). The price, inclusions, and access period stated in the offer you accepted also apply.

Separate web development, virtual assistance, and freelance client projects follow the cancellation and refund provisions in their written service agreements, subject to applicable law.

## Purchases Are Generally Final

**Once premium access is granted and you have used the paid content or features, the purchase is generally non-refundable. Changing your mind, stopping use, or leaving part of the access period unused does not qualify for a refund, exchange, or prorated reimbursement.**

This rule never limits the refunds described below or your remedies under Philippine law for a service that is defective, misrepresented, or not delivered. Digital access cannot be returned like physical goods, which is why these conditions are stated before you buy.

Before purchasing, review the product description, features, access duration, price, and this policy. Confirm that the offer meets your needs and that your device, browser, and internet connection can access the platform. Purchasing confirms your agreement to these purchase conditions without waiving rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

## Limited Refund Exceptions

You are entitled to a refund in the following situations, once the facts are verified:

### Payment Received but Access Not Granted

If Edventure has verified your payment and your eligibility but has not granted the purchased access within 3 business days, you may choose between immediate access and a full refund.

### Eligibility Not Verified

Premium access is for current DepEd personnel and licensed teachers employed by private schools. If you do not qualify, or cannot verify your eligibility within 14 days of Edventure’s request, no access is granted and your payment is refunded in full. Check [Who Can Buy Premium Access](https://nash.com.ph/terms#premium-access) before you pay.

### Duplicate or Mistaken Payments

A payment made twice for the same purchase, or in an amount above the price, is refunded in full once verified, without affecting your valid purchase. Report it as soon as you notice it and provide the payment references. No reporting deadline applies, because money paid by mistake must be returned under Article 2154 of the Civil Code.

### Paid Access Never Used

If you request a refund within 7 days of the date access was granted and account records show that you have not used the premium content or features, you will receive a full refund and the access will end.

### Technical Issues That Prevent Access

If a platform-side error completely prevents you from using the purchased access and Edventure cannot fix it or provide a workable alternative within 48 hours after you report it with the needed details, you may request a refund. Edventure may instead offer to extend your access period, but you may decline an extension and request the refund. If the problem began after you had used the access, the refund may be prorated for the period you could not use it.

### Access Ended by Edventure

If Edventure closes your account or ends your premium access for a reason other than your breach of the Terms of Service or false eligibility information, such as discontinuing a plan or the service, you receive a prorated refund. For a 30-day pass, that is the unused days. For lifetime access, it is the price paid less one thirty-sixth for each month or part of a month since access was granted, so lifetime access has no refund value after 36 months.

Review may use recorded sign-in timestamps, relevant account activity, assessment attempts, progress records, and content-access records where available. Signing in or using free content alone does not establish use of the purchased service. Data is handled under the [Privacy Policy](https://nash.com.ph/privacy).

## Reasons Not Covered

Except where the law requires a remedy, the following do not qualify for a refund:

- A change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or no longer wanting access after using the service.
- Failure to read the product description, features, access period, or disclosed requirements before purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with the content’s style or approach when the service matches its description.
- Device, browser, or internet problems on your side when the platform meets its disclosed requirements.
- A claim of an accidental purchase after accessing and using paid content.
- Failure to pass NASH, achieve a desired competency rating, or obtain an appointment or promotion to a Principal position.
- Disqualification by DepEd or failure to satisfy official assessment eligibility or qualification requirements.

The platform is a supplementary preparation tool. Purchase does not guarantee examination eligibility, results, or career advancement. Edventure and its platform are independent and not affiliated with DepEd, BHROD, or NEAP. Read the [Disclaimer](https://nash.com.ph/disclaimer) for details.

## Request a Refund Review

### 1. Contact Support

Email [support@nash.com.ph](mailto:support@nash.com.ph?subject=Refund%20Request) with “Refund Request” in the subject. Requests for unused access must arrive within 7 days of the date access was granted. Duplicate or mistaken payments and access that was never granted have no deadline under this policy. Legal claims follow the periods set by law.

### 2. Provide the Details

- Your full name and registered email address.
- The purchase date, purchased service, and amount paid.
- The payment method and transaction reference; both references for a duplicate payment.
- The reason for your request.
- For technical issues, the error, when it occurred, and screenshots or a short recording showing the problem.

Remove passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details, and unrelated personal information from your evidence.

### 3. Allow Troubleshooting

Cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting steps. Edventure may attempt a fix or an alternative solution within 48 hours after receiving the information needed to investigate an access problem.

### 4. Receive the Decision

Edventure will send its decision and the reason within 7 business days after receiving the complete request and any necessary troubleshooting information. You can ask support to review a decision you believe is wrong, and your legal remedies remain available.

## Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported. If that method cannot receive a refund, support will arrange a verified alternative with you. Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the bank, wallet, or remittance provider.

Access associated with a refunded purchase is revoked on approval. A refund of a duplicate payment alone does not revoke access from the valid original purchase.

Refunds for duplicate or mistaken payments, access never granted, and unused access are paid in full. Edventure deducts nothing from other refunds except an actual transfer fee charged by the payment channel, disclosed to you before the refund is sent, and only where the law allows it. A corrected invoice or other required tax document is issued for a refunded payment.

## Payment Methods

Payment options include GCash; bank transfer or deposit through Security Bank, GoTyme, or BPI; and remittance through Palawan Pawnshop or Cebuana Lhuillier. Use the methods and verified recipient details provided with your purchase offer.

Send only to the recipient details given in your offer, and confirm them with support if in doubt. Edventure is not responsible for a payment sent to anyone else, but will help you report it. Keep your transaction reference and proof of payment. Access is granted after the payment is verified, and Edventure issues an invoice or other proof of payment as required by tax regulations.

## Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Contact support first when practicable so Edventure can investigate an access or billing problem. You retain the right to report an unauthorized transaction and use legitimate bank, payment-provider, or regulatory dispute processes.

Edventure may provide relevant payment and service-use evidence in response to a dispute. Access associated with a disputed or reversed payment may be restricted while payment status is verified. A deliberate false claim, payment fraud, or other proven breach may lead to termination under the Terms of Service and lawful recovery of substantiated losses.

A good-faith complaint or legitimate payment dispute does not, by itself, result in a permanent ban or a penalty.

## Termination for Policy Violations

If access is suspended or terminated for a substantiated, serious breach of the Terms of Service, the unused portion of the access period is not refunded. You will be told the reason and may contest it. This remains subject to remedies required by law.

Examples include sharing account credentials; copying, scraping, or extracting questions, answers, or explanations by any means; selling, posting, or sharing them; hacking; payment fraud; impersonation; cheating; or distributing leaked examination materials. Terms of Service prohibitions also apply to a competing review center or data-mining operation using the platform without authorization. Access may be suspended at once while suspected copying of content is investigated.

The same rule applies when access ends because the eligibility information or documents you gave were false or misleading. Being disqualified from an official assessment does not itself mean that your platform account will be terminated.

Edventure may report serious unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities. Contact support to challenge a restriction or an incorrect finding of a violation.

## Account Deletion & Re-Registration

**Voluntarily deleting your account during active premium access ends that access. The unused period is not refunded, credited, or prorated.**

A new account starts with free access, even if you register again with the same email address. Earlier premium access is not reinstated, transferred, or credited to the new account. To regain premium access, purchase it again at the price offered at that time.

Contact support before deletion if you need help with your account or purchase. Account deletion remains your privacy right and does not extinguish a refund or other remedy required by law. Data deletion and any necessary retention follow the [Privacy Policy](https://nash.com.ph/privacy).

## Legal Rights & Policy Updates

The general no-refund rule, exclusions, request deadlines, and termination provisions do not remove a refund, repair, price reduction, or other remedy required by Philippine law for a defective, misrepresented, undelivered, or otherwise legally deficient service, even if access was granted or used.

Applicable protections include the [Consumer Act of the Philippines](https://lawphil.net/statutes/repacts/ra1992/ra_7394_1992.html) and the [Internet Transactions Act of 2023](https://lawphil.net/statutes/repacts/ra2023/ra_11967_2023.html). You may file a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry, use your payment provider’s dispute process, or go to court. No provision makes a legally required remedy depend on Edventure’s discretion.

The date above identifies this version. Edventure will give at least 15 days’ notice of material changes. The conditions in force when you paid govern that purchase, subject to applicable law; later changes do not remove an existing right or remedy.

This version, dated October 11, 2026, adds the eligibility rules and the prorated refund when Edventure ends access. The eligibility rules govern premium access bought from that date. The prorated refund also covers earlier purchases.
