References to these organizations, their issuances, or professional standards identify the subjects and official sources relevant to your preparation. They do not imply approval, accreditation, or a partnership. The platform does not administer the official National Assessment for School Heads (NASH), and its questions are original practice items written for review. They are not official, actual, or leaked examination items.

The 65% practice benchmark and any category or status shown in the platform are study aids. Official NASH results use DepEd’s own standardized scoring, so practice percentages are not official ratings and cannot be converted into them.

This disclaimer explains the scope and limits of responsibility for your use of the platform, its content, materials, and services. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Read the provisions below together with the section on rights that cannot be excluded.

Each warranty exclusion and damages exclusion applies only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law. An unenforceable limitation does not remove the rights or remedies the law gives you.

The platform and its content, materials, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Edventure disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

Edventure does not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access; accurate or reliable results from use of the platform; or correction of every error. These exclusions do not remove mandatory warranties or Edventure’s legal duties to protect personal data, provide agreed services, or supply remedies required by law.

Use “Report question” on any question, or email support@nash.com.ph, to report a content, scoring, or service issue so it can be reviewed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edventure Web Development Services, its owner Mark Anthony Llego, and its personnel, agents, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes lost profits, income, opportunities, goodwill, or data, and losses from examination results or career decisions, even if advised that such damages were possible.

To the same extent, Edventure’s total liability for all claims relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid Edventure for platform access in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under the section on rights that cannot be excluded, including damages for fraud, bad faith, gross negligence, or unlawful processing of personal data.

The platform is a supplementary preparation tool. It supports your study and practice; it does not replace your professional experience, official guidance, or the actual assessment. You decide how to use its information and materials and should verify important information against official sources.

Using the platform does not guarantee admission or eligibility to take the School Heads Assessment, a passing score, a particular competency rating, appointment or promotion to a Principal position, or any other examination or career outcome.

Your results depend on factors beyond the platform’s control, including professional experience, educational background, study habits, and performance in the actual NASH administration. High practice scores or favorable website benchmarks do not guarantee the same score or competency level in the official assessment.

Edventure does not assume responsibility for examination results or career progression merely because you used or relied on its practice materials. This statement remains subject to your legal rights and does not excuse an actionable breach of Edventure’s obligations.

Use your professional experience, current official DepEd issuances, and the Philippine Professional Standards for School Heads (PPSSH) as your primary guides. Confirm assessment requirements, schedules, eligibility, and results with the responsible official authority.

Start with the official DepEd website and DepEd Order No. 24, s. 2020 on the PPSSH. Check for subsequent issuances that affect your assessment. Practice content may contain errors or become outdated as official requirements change.

Nothing in this disclaimer or the Terms of Service excludes or limits liability for fraud, bad faith, willful misconduct, gross negligence, unlawful processing of personal data, or any other liability that Philippine law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including under Articles 1170 and 1171 of the Civil Code. These exceptions apply to every warranty exclusion, damages exclusion, and liability limit above.

You retain mandatory consumer protections, statutory warranties, and remedies under the Consumer Act of the Philippines and the Internet Transactions Act of 2023, applicable payment and refund remedies, and privacy rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. This disclaimer does not prevent a complaint to the Department of Trade and Industry or the National Privacy Commission, a claim for damages available under law, or access to the courts.

Read the Privacy Policy for personal-data practices, the Refund Policy for purchase conditions, and the Terms of Service for other service conditions. If a provision conflicts with a right that cannot lawfully be waived, that right prevails.
